Terry Klein has lived in Taos for 33 years. She was a practicing massage therapist for many years and was co-owner/operator of New Buffalo Bed and Breakfast in Arroyo Hondo, along with her husband, Rick. Terry previously held a New Mexico Sales Associate's License in real estate from 1989 to 1991. She has worked in construction and landscaping and lives in her owner-built adobe home.
Terry is committed to the principles of sustainability and common-sense growth and has served on various local community visioning boards. She has been an officer of her local acequia association many times. Terry has worked with lenders, title companies, surveyors and county planners in developing her own real estate, in addition to that of others.
Terry is well equipped to guide you through the purchase or sale of your Taos property. She and Rick donated the second-ever Conservation Easement to the Taos Land Trust as part of their small subdivision, binding in perpetuity the water rights, view sheds and wildlife habitat of a gorgeous meadow in Arroyo Hondo.
